Tixi Multimedia B.V. is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (license no. OGL/2024/1164/0643, issued on November 22, 2024) to provide gambling services.
Multitix Limited, a subsidiary of Tixi Multimedia B.V., is registered under the laws of Cyprus (registration number HE 440789), with its registered office at A.G. Leventis 5, The Leventis Gallery Tower, 13th Floor, Office 1301, 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus.
Multitix Limited acts as an authorized payment operator and payment agent for Tixi Multimedia B.V. in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and take effect immediately upon publication. Please check this page regularly.
If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Service. Bets placed before the changes take effect are governed by the previous version of the terms and conditions.

Our Obligations

Persons who are minors or reside in prohibited countries are not entitled to use our services. The list of prohibited countries includes the United States, France, and the Netherlands. It is also considered a violation to collect data from other people, thereby committing fraud or participating in illegal activities.
You are not permitted to transfer or merge accounts, or transfer funds between them. The company may block your account for violations. In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions for creating an account, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Restricted Use

You may not use the Service if you are under 18 years of age (or the minimum age in your country) or if you are acting on behalf of a minor.
You may not use the Service from countries where online gambling is prohibited, including the United States, France, the Netherlands, and their territories.
It is prohibited to collect other users’ personal data, interfere with the operation of the Service, send spam, advertise anything without permission, cheat, or collaborate with others for unfair gain.
You may not use other people’s data or violate copyrights. This is considered illegal activity and is prohibited.
You may not sell, transfer, or merge accounts.
The company may block your account for violating the rules and, if necessary, take legal action.
Company employees and their families may not play for real money without permission. Violations will result in account blocking and the loss of bonuses and winnings.

Registration

To use the Service, you must personally complete the registration form, confirm your agreement with the Terms and Conditions, and undergo identity verification if necessary (passport, driver’s license, utility bill). All data must be accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for the security of your password and account.
Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts are prohibited. We may request additional information to verify your identity or financial status. All official notifications are sent to your registered email address.
Submitting the registration form is an application, and we reserve the right to refuse to open an account. Do not share the content with third parties.
After registration, you will be able to use supported currencies for deposits, bets and withdrawals.

Deposit of Funds

To participate in games, you must have a positive balance in your account. You can deposit funds using any of the methods offered including crypto transfers. Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there are delays on the part of banks or providers, this is not our responsibility.
We may require additional identity verification if necessary. You are responsible for any fees and commissions incurred as well as full compensation in the event of a payment cancellation or refund. Winnings obtained from such funds will be void. Your account is not a bank account and is not guaranteed by the deposit insurance system.

Payment Transactions and Processors

You are fully responsible for paying all amounts owed to us. All payments must be made in good faith and not reversed, canceled, or disputed through any third party.
You agree to reimburse us for any chargebacks, denials or payment reversals, as well as any resulting losses.
We reserve the right to impose an administration fee of €50 (or currency equivalent) per chargeback, denial, or reversal.

Errors

If an error, malfunction or technical failure occurs, all affected bets will be void.
You must always notify the company of any errors you discover.
We are not liable for any losses caused by such errors (e.g., incorrect payouts or results).
If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the adjustment, you are responsible for compensating for the shortfall.

Rules of Play, Refunds, and Cancellations

Bets are calculated based on the official results at the time of calculation. Changes after that do not affect the outcome. Results are final after 72 hours, except in cases of errors or malfunctions.
Bets may be refunded if the event is canceled, the result is not confirmed or the event is postponed for more than 72 hours (except for bets on tournament winners). We may set and change minimum and maximum bets.
You are responsible for your bets. Once confirmed, they cannot be changed or canceled.
Events, teams, dates, and substitutions remain valid. The company may suspend or remove events and markets at its discretion.

Communications and Notices

All notifications must be sent to us via the support form on the website or to the specified email address. We may send you notifications via the website or to your registered email address at our discretion. All messages must be in English and relate to your account.
We may also send you information about betting and promotions. You agree to this when you register, but you can opt out of marketing communications through customer support or your account settings.

Matters Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for any failures or delays in the operation of the Service caused by events beyond our control or that of third parties. In such cases, we may suspend or cancel the provision of the Service without compensation.

Liability

We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the Service, except in cases of death or injury caused by our fault. We are not liable for errors caused by you or third parties. The Service is intended for personal use only. Do not use our services for commercial activities. Our liability is limited to the amount of your bets on a given event or €500.

Underage Gambling

If we suspect that you are under 18, your account will be suspended. We may investigate bets placed by or through you by minors. Violation of these rules may result in the return of deposits, withholding of fees, and/or legal action. These rules also apply in jurisdictions with age restrictions above 18 years of age. If we suspect fraud, we may notify law enforcement authorities.

Fraud

We do not support fraud or illegal activities. We may suspend or cancel payments if we suspect fraud. If you cheat or do something illegal, you will have to compensate us for all losses and expenses incurred as a result.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including technology, software, systems, processes, and rates, belong to us. You may not use our brand, logo, domain name, or content for commercial gain, to mislead users or to disparage our brand.

Your License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use the content and software without our permission, and violation of these rules may result in civil or criminal liability.

Your Conduct and Safety

Any illegal, inappropriate or disruptive behavior is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or closure, and legal action may be taken. You may not spread false information, harm children, violate rights, upload malicious software, use bots, cheat, spam, create fake accounts, or impersonate others. We may update the rules, investigate violations and take appropriate action.

Complaints

For questions or complaints, please contact customer support from your registered email address. We are not responsible for actions or inaction regarding complaints.
Betting disputes must be submitted within 3 days after settlement. We first try to resolve them through customer support, then through management. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, you can contact the licensing authority. A response to the complaint will be provided within 28 days.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone without our written permission. We may transfer our rights or obligations to a third party without your consent, subject to the terms set forth in this agreement. We reserve the right to notify you in writing.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid. All other parts of the Terms will remain in effect.

Violation of These Terms

If we believe you have broken an important part of these Terms, we may suspend or close your Account and stop providing the Service to you, without prior notice. We will let you know as soon as possible if this happens.

General Provisions

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you access or use the Service, or are a Customer or visitor to the Website. These Terms shall continue to apply even after your Account is closed for any reason.
In the event of a conflict between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and a version in another language, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao.
